Account deletion
You can request deletion of your Jekaplay Online customer account. We will verify ownership, deactivate access,
remove or anonymize eligible profile data, and retain only records we need for legal, safety, payment, tax, audit,
dispute, and operational reasons.

How to request deletion
- Sign in with the account you want deleted.
- Open this page and choose Submit deletion request.
- Our support team will verify ownership and confirm the request.
- After verification, we will deactivate account access and process eligible deletion/anonymization.
If you cannot sign in, contact support@jekaplayonline.com from the email or phone number linked to your account.
What may be deleted or anonymized
- Profile details such as name, profile image, preferred language, and non-required contact details.
- Device registration records and push notification tokens.
- Marketing or optional notification preferences where applicable.
- Referral display information where it can be safely detached from retained transaction records.
What may be retained
- Food order, arcade session, receipt, wallet, loyalty, payment, refund, and transaction records.
- Support tickets and operational notes needed to resolve disputes or prove request history.
- Audit logs, fraud-prevention records, tax/accounting records, and legally required business records.
- Records that have already been anonymized, aggregated, or are necessary for platform security.
Timeline
We aim to acknowledge deletion requests within 7 business days. Completion time depends on account verification,
pending orders, unresolved support matters, outstanding payments, refunds, disputes, or legal retention requirements.
Before you request deletion
Account deletion may remove your access to order history, wallet/reward views, referral tracking, customer support history,
and app login. If you only need to correct your name, phone number, or language, update your profile instead.
